2015 was hectic and a turning point as we started to let out rooms for the contractors working at the local factory. In addition to that we have multiple smaller IT projects with local businesses in Renfrewshire, Ayrshire, Essex, and Caerphilly, but by far the biggest project will be the continued regeneration of an abandoned and vandalised hotel in Dalry, North Ayrshire. Hopefully towards the end of 2016 this will be nearing the finish line.
The support has been tremendous ranging from local politicians, North Ayrshire Council, planning department, Church of Scotland groups and indeed the people in The Auld Hoose and The Turf PUB, as well as The Men’s Shed Dalry, who are now residents on the ground floor of the building.
